At PNS, we have adopted a collaborative approach to teaching. Each of our classrooms is co-taught by 2 experienced, knowledgeable teachers. Teachers switch between the teaching role and the assisting role weekly- always working together to provide quality instruction and attention to the needs of each student. In addition to our co-teachers in each classroom, we also have two wonderful teacher assistants who assist in both our 3 and 4-year-old classrooms throughout the week to ensure there is always an extra ear to listen, hand to help, and lap to sit in when needed.

All of our teachers and teacher assistants at PNS work closely together, continuously seeking opportunities to learn from one another. Each teacher brings their own area of expertise, unique knowledge, skill-set, and level of experience. While we all bring something different to the classroom, we all share the same love of learning, teaching, and seeing the world through our young students' eyes.
